As our Director, Specialist Support Coordinator and Social Worker, Lauren has extensive experience working alongside a range of people from different backgrounds. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Social Work (hons) and a Masters in Mental Health Practice, and specialises in the areas of Forensics, Child Safety and complex mental health.

Ieesha is an experienced General Manager with six years in the NDIS sector. She is known for her strong leadership, and commitment to person-centred support. Ieesha excels in building high-performing teams, maintaining compliance, and fostering positive relationships with participants and stakeholders. Outside of work, Ieesha is an animal lover and a voracious reader who values balance and lifelong learning.

Emma has over 7 years of experience working in the sector and comes with an array of knowledge. Emma is passionate about mental health and walking alongside those on their recovery journey. Emma has held roles that include front line and management positions which provide Emma with a well rounded skill set and knowledge base.

Meet Bree!
Bree is one of level 2 and 3 Specialist SupportCoordinators. She is passionate about guiding individuals through their NDIS journey and working collaboratively to ensure all support needs are identified and met. Bree holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, providing her with strong knowledge in the field, Bree is commited to continuously expanding her knowledge with the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys walks on the beach and spending time with her dogs.

Meet Brooke!
Brooke is one of our lvel 2 Support Coordinators bring 2+ years experience in the industry. As a dedicated Support Coordinator Brooke is committed to empowering participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence and clarity. With a person centred and outcomes focused approach, Brooke works collaboratively with individuals, their families and service providers to connect them with the right support. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending timewith family and dancing.
What Do We Do?
The experienced team at What’s Next provide a range of NDIS services that include level 2 and 3 Support Coordination, Social Work, SIL, SLES and STA. What’s Next provide individualised options to build capacity and work toward the goals of those we work alongside.
What is Support Coordination?
As Support Coordinators, our job is to support you to understand your NDIS Plan and to assist you with using it effectively. At What’s Next, we provide an individualised approach for those that we work alongside and work with you to ensure that you are getting the best out of your plan, ensuring that the supports in place are right for you and your needs.
Where Are We?
The team at What’s Next work all over South East Queensland as well as remotely for Support Coordination and Social Work.
SIL, SLES and STA are primarily offered in Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Ipswich areas however, are more than happy to discuss supports outside of these areas.
